The late Don Rodolfo Ruiz is a testament to the American Dream. In 1998, Don Rodolfo opened up the Ruizeñores Carniceria which has since expanded into a full service restaurant and catering. He is greatly missed by family and customer alike. Still, he lives on through the values, traditions and recipes passed down to the next generation. His son Ernie Ruiz has taken on the mantle. Los Ruizeñores Restaurant lives on.
